All in stock orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Pre orders will be shipped by the estimated delivery date. If there is a delay with your pre order, BEYOND HEMP will notify you via email. If you have ordered an item that becomes unavailable or delayed, BEYOND HEMP will notify you via email. Once the order is processed, the customer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. We offer both USPS Priority and UPS Ground for domestic orders. You may select your preference at checkout.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import fees. If a delivery is refused, the customer is still responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to BEYOND HEMP.
