Return and Refund Policy

Beyond Hemp will accept a return of your merchandise for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of receipt. There are NO REFUNDS. In order for your return to be accepted it must be in its original form and in sellable condition. It must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged, and it must be free of any stains and odors. Once we have received and inspected your return package, we will process your request for exchange or store credit within 7-10 business days. Unfortunately shipping costs are nonrefundable and we will not be responsible for the cost of shipping your merchandise back to us. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
